Customer Service Manager
Primary responsibilities of this position will include managing all aspects of a department that provides world class customer service to both OEM and distribution based customers. This position will serve as primary point of contact for the development of strategic plans and processes. Working closely with the department supervisor, the Customer Service Manager will be an active participant in the rollout and implementation of new accounts, as well as new processes required to improve the handling of order processing, servicing new customers, handling customer inquires and problems, and the coaching/developing/knowledge transfer to team members.
The successful candidate will have experience in handling multiple location functions in a manufacturing based company with $75 to $150 million in sales. Will be familiar with multiple channel order processing including EDI, Phone, Fax, B2B etc., and have a working knowledge of SAP. Will be accountable for the attainment of site and corporate objectives, i.e. Performance Metrics, Customer Satisfaction Level, Timeliness and Accuracy of Order Entry, etc. Will ensure the seamless implementation of new technologies and changes in accordance with corporate and site project plans.
This position requires a minimum 7-10 years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum 5 years of management experience.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred with strong leadership and management skills required. Must have excellent people skills, organizational skills, general business skills, decision making and multi-tasking skills and be able to work well and accept challenges in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Regional Sales Manager - North East
We are seeking an assertive, self-motivated Regional Sales Manager. The position available is for the New York, New Jersey, and Northeastern Pennsylvania area. The position is responsible to manage the customer relationships and to achieve sales goals within the area.
Qualified individual will have at least 5 years sales experience in the fluid power industry selling to Distributors and OEM accounts. In addition, candidate should have hydraulic application experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, working computer knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel required- approx 50%. Fluid Power Certification or BSME preferred.
Regional Sales Managers
We are seeking assertive, self-motivated Regional Sales Managers. Positions are available in Chicago area - Office located in Glendale Heights, Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, California.
Qualified individual will have at least 5 years sales experience in the fluid power industry; selling to Distributors and OEM accounts. In addition, candidate should have hydraulic application experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, working computer knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel required - approx. 75%. Fluid Power Certification or BSME preferred.
Product Managers - Accessories, Electronics, Filters & Accumulators Departments
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. These positions have a sales focus and include activities at the national, regional, and distributor levels. The positions require persons who are highly motivated team players with demonstrated skills and abilities to effectively market and coordinate the sale of filter and accumulator products, manage projects and resolve company/customer related technical and commercial issues. Must also be able to work within the organization and interact with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Successful candidates should possess a BSME. 40% travel required.
